Hoy en día, las redes sociales se han convertido en una de las herramientas de comunicación más importantes. Además, su uso se ha extendido entre los/as más jóvenes. Por tanto, desde Inercia Digital consideramos que el profesorado debe aprender a utilizarlas correctamente para así poder motivar al alumnado en sus aulas.
Es por ello que del 8 al 12 de enero, 3 profesoras y 1 profesor de Chipre de la organización Cross Culture International Foundation Cyprus, han llevando a cabo en nuestro Centro de Formación e Innovación el curso “Aprendiendo y Enseñando a través de las Redes Sociales”, como resultado del proyecto de movilidad Erasmus+ KA1: New teaching methods and resources in digital environments to promote ubiquity and motivation in the field of adult education at CCIF Cyprus.
Este curso tiene como objetivo familiarizar a los/as profesores/as con el uso de las redes sociales en el aula, así como a gestionar los problemas que pueden surgir de la relación aula-redes sociales. Durante el curso, estos/as participantes han conocido las redes sociales más populares, aprendiendo a hacer un uso educativo de las mismas, para después implementarlo en sus aulas.

Social networks in the classroom, a tool to motivate students!
Nowadays, social networks have become one of the most important communication tools. In addition, its use has spread among the youngest. Therefore, from Inercia Digital we believe that teachers must learn to use them correctly in order to motivate students in their classrooms.
Therefore, from January 8 to 12, 4 teachers from the organization Cross Culture International Foundation, Cyprus, have carried out the course «Learning and Teaching through Social Networks» in our Training and Innovation Center, as a result of the Erasmus+ KA1 mobility project: New teaching methods and resources in digital environments to promote ubiquity and motivation in the field of adult education at CCIF Cyprus.
This course aims to familiarize teachers with the use of social networks in the classroom, as well as to manage the problems that may arise from the classroom-social network relationship. During the course, these participants have learned about the most popular social networks, learning to make an educational use of them, and later implementing them in their classrooms.
