Todos estamos de acuerdo en la importancia de innovar en el ámbito educativo pues es obvio que la forma de enseñar en la escuela ha cambiado mucho y más durante los últimos años, principalmente por la llegada de las TIC. Estas no solo han cambiado la forma de actuar de los individuos a nivel social, si no también en las aulas. Las TIC han permitido que todos los individuos se conviertan en seres activos, creando aulas interactivas y dinámicas, implicando un cambio metodológico total. Del tradicional método en el que el profesor es el único sujeto activo, pasamos a unas aulas en las que todos los sujetos participan de forma activa.
La innovación educativa es un proceso que supone un cambio sustancial en la enseñanza, en este proceso intervienen ciertos factores fundamentales: las personas, el conocimiento, la metodología y la tecnología. Si no se consideran los cuatro elementos conjuntamente es probable que la innovación educativa no tenga el éxito esperado.
Por ello, resulta fundamental conocer las herramientas que el profesorado tiene a su disposición que les facilita la labor innovadora en sus aulas.
Esta oportunidad la han tenido 4 profesores de PPMG «Acad. prof. dr.Asen Zlatarov» desde Bulgaria, 2 profesoras Pakgyprion Gymnasion desde Chipre, 6 profesores de „Alexandru Domsa” Technological High School de Rumania y otros 6 de Primary school Dituria – Saraj, Skopje, desde Macedonia del Norte, gracias, de nuevo, a los proyectos de movilidad KA1 Erasmus+, asistiendo al curso “Tools Supporting Educational Innovation”.
Además, este profesorado ha podido conocer las redes de apoyo que ofrece CADE Huelva a los emprendedores de la ciudad y las oportunidades y fomento de la innovación que proporcionan.
Ha sido un verdadero placer recibir a todos los participantes de este curso, esperamos que hayan disfrutado de esta experiencia tanto como nosotros. ¡Nos vemos muy pronto!

Educational innovation…it is possible! Get to know the tools that will help you achieve it!
We all agree on the importance of innovation in the field of education, as it is obvious that the way of teaching in schools has changed a lot in recent years, mainly due to the arrival of ICT. These have not only changed the way individuals act on a social level, but also in the classroom. ICT has allowed all individuals to become active beings, creating interactive and dynamic classrooms, implying a total methodological change. From the traditional method in which the teacher is the only active subject, we are moving on to classrooms in which all subjects participate actively.
Educational innovation is a process that involves a substantial change in teaching, and certain fundamental factors are involved in this process: people, knowledge, methodology and technology. If all four elements are not considered together, it is likely that educational innovation will not be as successful as expected.
For this reason, it is essential to know the tools that teachers have at their disposal to facilitate innovative work in their classrooms.
This opportunity was given to 4 teachers from PPMG «Acad. prof. dr.Asen Zlatarov» from Bulgaria, 2 teachers from Pakgyprion Gymnasion from Cyprus, 6 teachers from «Alexandru Domsa» Technological High School from Romania and 6 teachers from Primary school Dituria – Saraj, Skopje, from North Macedonia, thanks, again, to KA1 Erasmus+ mobility projects, attending the course “Tools Supporting Educational Innovation”.
In addition, these teachers have been able to learn about the support networks offered by CADE Huelva to entrepreneurs in the city and the opportunities and promotion of innovation that they provide.
