Las nuevas tecnologías e innovaciones digitales no solo han transformado la forma en que interactuamos socialmente, sino también en el aula, permitiendo que los y las estudiantes se conviertan en participantes activos/as, creando aulas dinámicas e interactivas y promoviendo un cambio total en la metodología de enseñanza, pasando de un enfoque tradicional en el que el profesor es el único actor, a un modelo en el que todos los participantes tienen un papel activo.
Innovar en el ámbito educativo debe suponer un objetivo fundamental para los centros educativos. Por ello, con el objetivo de aprender a establecer dinámicas que orienten la innovación educativa definiendo acciones que permitan el desarrollo de las instituciones, posibilitando un clima organizacional de potencial emprendedor, 5 profesionales de Youth Center of Epirus de Grecia, han asistido al curso formativo Herramientas de Apoyo a la Innovación Educativa en nuestro Centro de Formación e Innovación de Inercia Digital en Huelva.
Durante los 5 días de formación, los participantes han disfrutado de sesiones teórico-prácticas que les ha permitido crear las bases de un proyecto innovador que permitirá cubrir sus necesidades de formación planteadas en su proyecto Erasmus+ KA122 “Youth Centre of Epirus working for the promotion of innovation in adult education through resource and content creation and multimedia publishing”.
Como una organización comprometida con el desarrollo social, cultural, laboral y educativo, su objetivo será establecer redes y medios de comunicación bidireccional y efectiva entre los diferentes agentes comunitarios, beneficiarios, staff de su organización, personas que quieran participar como voluntarias… para incluir de forma holística y significativa a los y las menores en situación de irregularidad para darles amparo y protección en Grecia, como país de acogida.
Ha sido un verdadero placer disfrutar de esta semana de aprendizaje con el equipo de Youth Center of Epirus. Esperamos que su experiencia haya sido muy enriquecedora y hayan disfrutado. ¡Nos vemos muy pronto!

Get to know the digital tools that will facilitate educational innovation processes in your organisation!
New technologies and digital innovations have not only transformed the way we interact socially, but also in the classroom, allowing students to become active participants, creating dynamic and interactive classrooms and promoting a total change in teaching methodology, moving from a traditional approach in which the teacher is the only actor, to a model in which all participants have an active role.
Innovation in education must be a fundamental objective for educational centres. Therefore, with the aim of learning how to establish dynamics that guide educational innovation by defining actions that enable the development of institutions, enabling an organisational climate of entrepreneurial potential, 5 professionals from the Youth Center of Epirus from Greece, have attended the training course Tools Supporting Educational Innovation in Centro de Formación e Innovación de Inercia Digital in Huelva.
During the 5 days of training, the participants have enjoyed theoretical and practical sessions that have allowed them to create the basis of an innovative project that will cover their training needs raised in their Erasmus+ KA122 project «Youth Centre of Epirus working for the promotion of innovation in adult education through resource and content creation and multimedia publishing».
As an organisation committed to social, cultural, labour and educational development, its aim will be to establish networks and means of two-way and effective communication between the different community agents, beneficiaries, staff of its organisation, people who want to participate as volunteers… to include in a holistic and meaningful way minors in an irregular situation in order to give them shelter and protection in Greece, as a host country.
