Con motivo de celebración del Dia Internacional de la Mujer, nos gustaría anunciar que Inercia Digital ha sido galardonada con el premio de #MujeresImparables. Es un premio otorgado por la Diputación Provincial de Huelva a nuestra empresa por ser una empresa exitosa liderada por mujeres. El trato igualitario en Inercia Digital comienza con la selección, y continúa en el resto de campos, la promoción, la política salarial, la formación, las condiciones de trabajo y empleo, la salud laboral y la ordenación del tiempo de trabajo, lo que ayuda a nuestros trabajadores/as a poder conciliar su vida laboral, familiar y personal. En Inercia Digital nunca se han contemplado diferencias salariales por género, y las oportunidades de promoción interna son igualitarias para todos/as. Se hará entrega del premio el próximo día 30 de marzo en el Palacio de Congresos de Ayamonte y será recogido por Nereida Varela, Directora General de Inercia Digital.
Inercia Digital es una empresa andaluza fundada en 2010 y especializada en la formación y la innovación en competencias digitales y de emprendimiento a nivel internacional. Desde nuestros inicios, hemos luchado por la igualdad y hemos comprendido su importancia. Por ello, en 2020 creamos nuestro plan de igualdad y el pasado 13 de abril de 2021 fue registrado y publicado en el registro de Autoridad Laboral Provincial de Huelva con número de registro 001320.
En nuestro plan de igualdad la conclusión refleja los datos positivos sobre la cuestión inclusiva e igualitaria, que no solo es una empresa que es consciente y está comprometida con el empleo y la potencialidad de un equipo paritario y transprofesional, si no que, efectivamente, lleva a cabo acciones para garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades, la motivación y satisfacción de sus profesionales con el centro. Seguiremos trabajando en las áreas en las que cabe la mejora continua, en esta y otras materias, a diario, para ser y llegar a donde queremos, considerando siempre la inclusión como parte de la sostenibilidad social que, junto con sus consideraciones medioambiental y económica, nos sostienen y nos dan también razón de ser. Además, Inercia Digital fue nombrada miembro de la «Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition» de la Comisión Europea en 2017 y nos enorgullece haber conseguido ser un referente como empresa onubense a nivel internacional en el ámbito de la educación y la innovación fomentando los valores de la Unión Europea y apostando por la igualdad a todos los niveles. Estamos desarrollando actualmente 64 proyectos educativos europeos que buscan innovar en la educación y mediante los cuales todos los resultados intelectuales que creemos junto a nuestros socios/as los pondremos al alcance de la ciudadanía, tanto onubense como mundial, con el objetivo de que hagan uso de los mismos y poner nuestro granito de arena en conseguir los objetivos de la Comisión Europea y del programa Erasmus+.
¡Las mujeres unidas somos imparables! Y por ello Inercia Digital, empresa liderada principalmente por mujeres, abrió su Centro de formación e innovación de Inercia Digital en Huelva capital con los objetivos de fomentar el desarrollo de un ecosistema educativo digital de alto rendimiento, mejorar las competencias y capacidades digitales para la transformación digital y potenciar el emprendimiento digital, aspirando a convertirse en un Centro de Formación Profesional de Excelencia (CoVE) en competencias digitales y de emprendimiento a nivel internacional.

Inercia Digital has been awarded the «Unstoppable Women» prize by the Huelva Provincial Council
On the occasion of the celebration of International Women’s Day, we would like to announce that Inercia Digital has been awarded with the #UnstoppableWomen award. It is an award given by the Huelva Provincial Council to our company for being a successful company led by women. Equal treatment in Inercia Digital begins with selection, and continues in all other areas, promotion, salary policy, training, working and employment conditions, occupational health and working time management, which helps our employees to be able to reconcile their work, family and personal life. Inercia Digital has never considered gender pay differentials, and opportunities for internal promotion are equal for all. The award will be presented on the 30th of March at the Palace of Congresses in Ayamonte and will be collected by Nereida Varela, General Manager of Inercia Digital.
Inercia Digital is an Andalusian company founded in 2010 and specialised in training and innovation in digital skills and entrepreneurship at an international level.
