El pasado 31 de enero y 1 de febrero tuvo lugar en Patras (Grecia) la tercera reunión transnacional del proyecto europeo »Geeks For Education», que tiene como objetivo principal mejorar la educación inclusiva para desarrollar habilidades digitales y STEM (ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería y matemáticas) a través de una cooperación más estrecha entre escuelas, innovadores y proveedores de educación no formal.
En esta reunión, Enrique Picón, Coordinador de Proyectos en Inercia Digital, que asistió de forma online, junto a el resto de los socios del proyecto: Desde Italia (2050 y Fabcube), Francia (Centrale Lille Institut, Collège Paul Verlaine y CNRS / Nano-Ecole Lille), Luxemburgo (WIDE / Women in Digital Empowerment Luxemburg), Grecia (InterMediaΚT y CTI Diophantus), Portugal (Aventura Marao Clube) y Hungría (FabLab Budapest y AKG Budapest), establecieron importantes nuevos pasos a seguir en el proyecto, como han sido: la realización de un taller benchlearning en cada país, o la creación de formatos educativos de corta y larga duración.

News in the »Geeks For Education» project!
On January 31 and February 1, the third transnational meeting of the European project »Geeks For Education» took place in Patras (Greece), whose main objective is to improve inclusive education to develop digital skills and STEM (science, technology , engineering and mathematics) through closer cooperation between schools, innovators and providers of non-formal education.
At this meeting, Enrique Picón, Project Coordinator at Inercia Digital, who attended online, together with the rest of the project partners: From Italia (2050 y Fabcube), France (Centrale Lille Institut, Collège Paul Verlaine y CNRS / Nano-Ecole Lille), Luxemburg (WIDE / Women in Digital Empowerment Luxemburg), Greece (InterMediaΚT y CTI Diophantus), Portugal (Aventura Marao Clube) and Hungary (FabLab Budapest y AKG Budapest), they established important new steps to follow in the project, such as: holding a benchlearning workshop in each country, or the creation of short and long-term educational formats.
