El proyecto CyberAware (Awareness and Preventions Skills on Cyberbullying and Online Hate Speech for schools children), que comenzó en Octubre del 2020 llega a su fin. Durante 24 meses los socios y socias de Lituania, Rumanía, España y Turquía han estado trabajando para lograr los siguientes objetivos:
- Proteger al alumnado del ciberacoso mediante la incorporación del pensamiento crítico de los profesionales en este campo (trabajo social, enseñanza, enfermería).
- Fortalecer los vínculos entre el enfoque de prevención primaria y secundaria, sensibilizando a profesionales y jóvenes vulnerables.
- Desarrollar las habilidades y conocimientos de los docentes para proteger al alumnado del ciberacoso.
- Prevenir el ciberacoso mediante la mejora de las habilidades de pensamiento crítico de profesorado y alumnado.
Para ello, los socios y socias han estado en continua comunicación mediante reuniones presenciales y online, han participado en una actividad formativa en Turquía, a la cual también asistieron responsables de AEPAE (Asociación Española para la prevención del Acoso Escolar) y han realizado diferentes productos intelectuales:
- Recopilación de casos reales sobre ciberacoso con pautas para el profesorado.
- Exposición de fotovoz digital sobre el ciberacoso.
- Recomendaciones metódicas sobre cómo proteger a los jóvenes activos en las redes sociales y desarrollar sus habilidades para prevenir y reducir el ciberacoso para el profesorado, trabajadores de la educación y educadores.
- Caja de herramientas para intervenciones y asesoramiento en ciberacoso.
Todos estos recursos, se pueden encontrar en la página web del proyecto y son totalmente gratuitos. The CyberAware project ends, an initiative to combat online harassment
The CyberAware (Awareness and Preventions Skills on Cyberbullying and Online Hate Speech for schools children) project, which started in October 2020, comes to an end. For 24 months the partners from Lithuania, Romania, Spain and Turkey have been working to achieve the following objectives:
- Protect students from cyberbullying by incorporating the critical thinking of professionals in this field (social work, teaching, nursing).
- Strengthen the links between the primary and secondary prevention approach, raising awareness among professionals and vulnerable young people.
- Develop the skills and knowledge of teachers to protect students from cyberbullying.
- Prevent cyberbullying by improving the critical thinking skills of teachers and students.
To do this, the partners have been in continuous communication through face-to-face and online meetings, have participated in a training activity in Turkey, 
which was also attended by managers of AEPAE (Spanish Association for the prevention of School Bullying) and have made different products intellectuals:
- Compilation of real cases on cyberbullying with guidelines for teachers.
- Digital photovoice exhibition on cyberbullying.
- Methodical recommendations on how to protect young people active in social networks and develop their skills to prevent and reduce cyberbullying for teachers, education workers and educators.
- Toolbox for interventions and advice on cyberbullying.
