La enseñanza tradicional en las aulas a menudo es demasiado monótona y teórica y es necesario un cambio hacia una formación más dinámica y práctica. Por este motivo, el proyecto HYBVET tiene como objetivo introducir y desarrollar una formación híbrida, la cual está probada y altamente garantizada, en la educación de la Formación Profesional.
Del 15 al 19 de noviembre, María Fernández, coordinadora de proyectos en Inercia Digital, participó junto a Angel Luis Martín, Juan José Bravo y Rosa María Martínez, profesores del Colegio Salesianos Cristo Rey de Huelva, en el curso de formación del proyecto erasmus+ HYBVET, con el objetivo de aprender sobre la metodología de enseñanza híbrida y poder implementarla en la Formación Profesional básica del Colegio Salesianos Cristo Rey. Esta metodología de trabajo consiste en que los alumnos trabajen de forma práctica y autónoma en grupos de 3 personas asumiendo diferentes roles.
El curso se celebró en Kaunas (Lituania) y fue organizado por el Centro de Investigación de Crisis. Durante los cinco días de formación, los participantes pudieron ver y practicar la metodología de enseñanza híbrida a través de un curso de primeros auxilios, y trabajaron muy duro para empezar a desarrollar los contenidos de esta metodología a través de algoritmos del Lenguaje Drakon.
El objetivo posterior es implementar este método en la Formación Básica Profesional del Colegio Salesianos Cristo Rey de Huelva, y estudiar si su uso sería efectivo y viable.
Los participantes están muy contentos por todos los conocimientos aprendidos durante el curso y por la buena organización y el interés mostrado por parte del Centro de Investigación de Crisis y de los socios participantes de Lituania (Vilnius Jerusalem Labor Market Training Centre y Centro de Formación Laboral de Panevėžys), Letonia (Smiltenes tehnikums), Estonia (Jarvamaa Kutsehariduskeskus) y Portugal (AidLearn).

Inercia Digital and Salesianos Cristo Rey School from Huelva are trained in hybrid teaching, the future of education in Vocational Training
Traditional classroom teaching is often too long and involves a lot of basic information and complementary skills. For this reason, the HYBVET project aims to introduce and develop hybrid training, which is proven and highly guaranteed in Vocational Training education.
From November 15 to 19, María Fernández, Project Coordinator at Inercia Digital, participated together with Angel Luis Martín, Juan José Bravo and Rosa María Martínez, professors of the Cristo Rey Salesian School of Huelva, in the training course of the erasmus + HYBVET project , with the aim of learning about the hybrid teaching methodology and being able to implement it in the Basic Vocational Training of the Cristo Rey Salesianos School.
The course was held in Kaunas and was organized by the Crisis Research Center. During the five days of training the participants were able to see and practice the hybrid teaching methodology through a first aid course. This work methodology consists of students working in a practical and autonomous way in groups of 3 assuming different roles.
Throughout the training, the participants worked very hard to start developing the contents of this methodology through the Drakon Language algorithms. The subsequent objective is to implement this method in the Basic Professional Training of the Cristo Rey Salesianos School and study whether it would be effective and feasible to use this methodology.
The participants are very happy for all the knowledge learned during the course and for the good organization and all the interest shown by the Crisis Research Center and the participating partners from Lithuania (Vilnius Jerusalem Labor Market Training CenterLabor Training Center and of Panevėžys), Latvia (Smiltenes tehnikums), Estonia (Jarvamaa Kutsehariduskeskus) and Portugal (AidLearn).
