Nada más y nada menos que el proyecto llega a su fin después de más de 24 meses de colaboración. Un proyecto que surgió de la necesidad de utilizar herramientas prácticas de capacitación con el fin de mejorar las oportunidades laborales de la Formación Profesional. El proyecto IP4J o «Innovative and practical training for low-skilled and migrant jobs», comenzó en diciembre de 2020 y pone el broche final en mayo de el actual año.
El equipo de trabajo de IP4J ha sabido trabajar y crear una buena sinergia para poder llevar a cabo todos los resultados que se esperaban del proyecto, que entre ellos podemos destacar un kit de herramientas de orientación para personas con baja cualificación y migrantes que permitan identificar sus habilidades para seleccionar los mejores caminos profesionales, la confección de cuatro libros interactivos con recursos sobre cocina, jardinería, servicios de limpieza y artesanía, la creación de videotutoriales con instrucciones DIY en Youtube, el desarrollo de una APP con el fin de tener acceso a materiales formativos o lanzar una página web con todos los datos del proyecto. Los resultados del proyecto se van a publicar en 6 lenguas nacionales europeas diferentes, con un beneficio evidente en términos de difusión y explotación de los resultados del proyecto.
Todo esto ha sido posible gracias a las distintas instituciones que conforman el consorcio de IP4J, FA-Magdeburg GmbH de Alemania, SC Rogepa SRL de Rumanía, EURO-NET de Italia, MSS de Islandia e Inercia Digital como socio español. Nuestro objetivo siempre ha sido proporcionar al sector educativo, las herramientas adecuadas para crear el entorno adecuado para que su alumnado prospere tanto en el aula como, lo que es más importante, en el mercado laboral, una vez finalizadas sus clases.

Today is a great day for the Vocational Educational Training thanks to IP4J, Do you want to know what it is all about?
Nothing more and nothing less than the project comes to an end after more than 24 months of collaboration. A project that arose from the need to use practical training tools in order to improve job opportunities in vocational training. The IP4J project, or «Innovative and practical training for low-skilled and migrant jobs», started in December 2020 and will come to an end in May this year.
The IP4J team has been able to work and create a good synergy to be able to carry out all the expected results of the project, which among them we can highlight an orientation toolkit for low-skilled and migrants to identify their skills to select the best career paths, the creation of four interactive books with resources on cooking, gardening, cleaning services and crafts, the creation of video tutorials with DIY instructions on Youtube, the development of an APP in order to have access to training materials or launch a website with all the data of the project. The results of the project are going to be published in 6 different European national languages, with an obvious benefit in terms of dissemination and exploitation of the project results.
All this has been possible thanks to the different institutions that make up the IP4J consortium, FA-Magdeburg GmbH from Germany, SC Rogepa SRL from Romania, EURO-NET from Italy, MSS from Iceland and Inercia Digital as the Spanish partner. Our goal has always been to provide the education sector with the right tools to create the right environment for their students to thrive both in the classroom and, more importantly, in the job market once they have completed their classes.
