Las habilidades del siglo XXI hacen referencia a aquellos conocimientos, habilidades personales y profesionales así como hábitos fundamentales para el éxito de los profesionales en el mundo actual.
Es por ello, que durante la semana del 3 al 7 de Octubre de 2022, 4 profesionales de la organización Sociální agentura desde República Checa, han tenido la oportunidad de asistir al curso de formación Developing Digital Skills in Adults for 21st Century, gracias a un proyecto de movilidad Erasmus+ KA122. Este curso, ha sido diseñado específicamente por el equipo de formación de Inercia Digital para este grupo de profesionales.
El objetivo de este curso es formar a los adultos en las habilidades del siglo XXI para convertirse en ciudadanos activos en la sociedad digital a través del aprendizaje de diferentes herramientas.
Además de comprender la importancia de las competencias del siglo XXI, trabajar las habilidades de aprendizaje, organizar y gestionar proyectos y listas de tareas en equipo, mejorar las habilidades sociales y desarrollar la alfabetización entre otras habilidades, han podido disfrutar de una gran experiencia de intercambio cultural, disfrutando de tradiciones como el famoso desayuno churros con chocolate, visitando el Museo de Huelva para conocer más sobre la ciudad de Huelva y su historia, y finalmente visitar el CADE Huelva, a quienes queremos agradecer desde el equipo de Inercia Digital su magnífica colaboración. Allí, nuestras participantes han conocido los mecanismos que ofrecen a los emprendedores para impulsar sus negocios, dándoles apoyo digital, o burocrático, entre otros.

Mastering the digital skills of adults in the 21st century is possible!
21st century skills refer to those knowledge, personal and professional skills and habits that are fundamental for the success of professionals in today’s world.
That is why, during the week of 3-7 October 2022, 4 professionals from Sociální agentura from Czech Republic, have had the opportunity to attend the training course Developing Digital Skills in Adults for the 21st Century, thanks to an Erasmus+ KA122 mobility project. This course has been specifically designed by the Inercia Digital training team for this group of professionals.
The aim of this course is to train adults in 21st century skills to become active citizens in the digital society through the learning of different tools.
In addition to understanding the importance of 21st century skills, working on learning skills, organising and managing projects and task lists in teams, improving social skills and developing literacy among other skills, they have been able to enjoy a great experience of cultural exchange, enjoying traditions such as the famous breakfast churros with chocolate, visiting the Museum of Huelva to learn more about the city of Huela and its history, to finally visit the CADE Huelva, to whom we want to thank from the Inercia Digital team for their magnificent collaboration. There, our participants learned about the mechanisms offered to entrepreneurs to boost their businesses, giving them digital or bureaucratic support, among others.
