On October 26th Marta Mármol, Director of the Innovation Department y Maite Guerrero, Coordinator of the same department of Inercia Digital will participate as a speaker at the European conference Good Practices For Inclusive Digitalization from 15:00 to 16:30 CET. This conference will focus on the most innovative practices in Europe that promote female and cooperative entrepreneurship, a more inclusive VET ecosystem and youth talent management, among others.
In this conferece, Inercia Digital will present the Erasmus+ EFIVOS project that promotes inclusive education and fosters common values among young people by raising awareness and improving their digital skills. The project focuses on the group of disadvantaged young people from migrant or minority communities, as their voice is often underrepresented in the media, and migrant women, who are even less visible.
By attending the conference online you will find out how we have succeeded in training young people from migrant and ethnic minority groups in digital skills (in cooperation with local youth from low socio-economic backgrounds), increasing media literacy and enabling them to run and manage their own digital media.
The conference is organised by the European Network of Innovation for Inclusion which aims to foster a more inclusive labour market in Europe. The Network brings together a wide range of organisations at EU level, both public and private, that help vulnerable groups to access the labour market, or that combat social exclusion through social innovation. They hope to develop employment and entrepreneurship projects through the exchange of good practices and participation in different European programmes.

Inercia Digital participará como ponente en la conferencia europea Good Practices For Inclusive Digitalization
El próximo 26 de octubre Marta Mármol, Directora del Departamento de Innovación y Maite Guerrero, Coordinadora del mismo departamento de Inercia Digital, participarán como ponentes en la conferencia europea Good Practices For Inclusive Digitalization (Buenas Prácticas para la Digitalización Inclusiva) de 15:00 a 16:30. Esta conferencia se centrará en las prácticas más innovadoras de Europa que fomentan el espíritu empresarial femenino y cooperativo, un ecosistema FP más inclusivo, y la gestión del talento juvenil, entre otros.
En esta conferencia, Inercia Digital presentará el proyecto Erasmus+ EFIVOS, que promueve la educación inclusiva y fomenta los valores comunes entre los jóvenes mediante la sensibilización y la mejora de sus competencias digitales. El proyecto se centra en el grupo de los jóvenes desfavorecidos de las comunidades migrantes o minoritarias, ya que su voz suele estar poco representada en los medios de comunicación, y las mujeres migrantes, que son aún menos visibles.
Asistiendo de manera online a la conferencia podrás descubrir cómo hemos conseguido formar a los jóvenes de grupos migrantes y de minorías étnicas en competencias digitales (en cooperación con jóvenes locales de bajo nivel socioeconómico), aumentando la alfabetización mediática y capacitándolos para dirigir y gestionar sus propios medios digitales.
La conferencia está organizada por European Network of Innovation for Inclusion cuyo objetivo es fomentar un mercado laboral más inclusivo en Europa. La Red reúne a un amplio abanico de organizaciones a nivel de la Unión Europea, tanto públicas como privadas, que ayudan, a los grupos vulnerables, a acceder al mercado laboral, o que combaten la exclusión social a través de la innovación social. Esperan desarrollar proyectos de empleo y emprendimiento mediante el intercambio de buenas prácticas y la participación en diferentes programas europeos.
