Entre el 23 y 24 de octubre del 2019 tuvimos la segunda reunión transnacional del proyecto europeo Erasmus+ Youth Work 2.0, auspiciada esta vez por Inercia Digital en su sede del Parque Científico y Tecnológico de Huelva.
De Inercia Digital participaron Susana Corona Cruz – Coordinadora del Proyecto y Borja Vides Muñoz – Director de Proyectos y representando a a Sprijin si Dezvoltare estuvieron presentes Sorina Carmen Vacariu – Directora de Proyectos y Gabriela Adam – Experta en Desarrollo de Productos Intelectuales.
Durante esta reunión se evaluaó el proyecto en su estado actual, se debatió acerca de la eficiencia, eficacia y coherencia de la implementación del proyecto y se llegó a un acuerdo común para la dirección futura que tomaría el mismo. También se mejoró de manera conjunta la estrategia de aplicación y se establecieron plazos para las próximas actividades.
El objetivo del proyecto Youth Work 2.0 es facilitar el intercambio de competencias y experiencias entre 2 organizaciones de Rumanía y España para mejorar la calidad del trabajo con jóvenes, a través del desarrollo profesional de 12 trabajadores juveniles, para que se conviertan en agentes activos de inclusión, para luchar contra la discriminación y fomentar el desarrollo de competencias sociales, cívicas e interculturales entre los jóvenes.

Inercia Digital hosts Youth Work 2.0’s second transnational meeting in Huelva
From 23rd to 24th October 2019, project partners and coordinators of the Youth Work 2.0 Erasmus+ project met in Huelva to hold its second transnational meeting, hosted by Inercia Digital this time at their headquarters in the Parque Cientifíco y Tecnológico.
The meeting was held in Aljaraque, Spain. From Inercia Digital participants included project coordinator, Susana Corona Cruz and projects department manager, Borja Vides Muñoz. Meanwhile, from Sprijin si Dezvoltare Association attending the meeting were Sorina Carmen Vacariu – Project manager and Gabriela Adam – Intellectual output expert.
During this meeting we evaluated the project, we discussed and debated its efficiency so far, effectiveness and consistency of project implementation and commonly identified a future direction. We have also improved the implementation strategy and establishes the deadlines for the next activities.
The aim of the Youth Work 2.0 project is to facilitate the exchange of competences and experience between 2 organisations from Romania and Spain to improve their youth work quality, through the professional development of 12 youth workers, to be active agents of inclusion, to fight against discrimination and to foster the development of social, civic, intercultural competences among youths.
