El pasado 05 de diciembre los socios del proyecto Erasmus+ IP4J se reunieron en Magdeburgo, Alemania, con el fin de seguir luchando por incrementar las habilidades en personas con baja cualificación e inmigrantes. El proyecto nació de la inquietud por parte de los socios en crear un mundo más cualificado y centra su literatura en la la Recomendación del Consejo sobre un Marco Europeo para Aprendizajes Eficaces y de Calidad ha detectado que el aprendizaje basado en el trabajo es esencial (15 de marzo de 2018).
El objetivo de este proyecto en concreto es desarrollar, probar e implementar un enfoque totalmente innovador en el aprendizaje de personas con baja cualificación e inmigrantes a partir de la orientación profesional proporcionando herramientas visuales que facilitarán la incorporación de estas personas en el mercado laboral. Por ello, en esta reunión estuvimos ultimando los detalles de los videotutoriales de cocina, jardinería, limpieza, artesanía y arte, además de los kits de herramientas.
De la misma forma estuvimos esquematizando la estructura de la app de Android que estamos creando y donde se podrán encontrar todos los materiales educativos creados para el proyecto, así como información de los socios, últimas noticias del proyecto, etc.

Improving professional opportunities for low-skilled people and migrants
Last December 5th, the partners of the Erasmus+ IP4J project met in Magdeburg, Germany, in order to continue the fight to increase the skills of low-skilled people and immigrants. The project was born out of a concern on the part of the partners to create a more skilled world and focuses its literature on the Council Recommendation on a European Framework for Effective and Quality Apprenticeships has identified work-based learning as essential (March 15, 2018).
The objective of this particular project is to develop, test and implement a totally innovative approach to learning for low-skilled people and immigrants based on vocational guidance by providing visual tools that will facilitate the incorporation of these people into the labour market. Therefore, in this meeting we were finalising the details of the video tutorials on cooking, gardening, cleaning, crafts and art, in addition to the toolkits.
In the same way we were outlining the structure of the Android app that we are creating and where you can find all the educational materials created for the project, as well as information from partners, latest project news, etc..
