Con el principal objetivo de dotar a profesores y alumnos de las herramientas básicas necesarias para poner en práctica el aprendizaje por inversión en su aula, el pasado lunes 27 de junio dio comienzo en el Centro de formación e innovación de Inercia Digital una nueva edición del curso Metodología de Aula Invertida, al que asistieron 6 profesionales de WASLA desde Alemania, así como 5 profesoras del Primary School Davorina Trstenjaka desde Croacia.
Ambas organizaciones han podido disfrutar esta maravillosa y enriquecedora experiencia de aprendizaje gracias a los proyectos de movilidad Erasmus+ KA1 aprobados en la call 2021: «Incorporating new methodologies and tools for innovative and safe education at WASLA» (2021-2-DE02-KA122-ADU-000041698) y «Primary School Davorina Trstenjaka classrooms running for new digital methodologies in education in a safe way» (KA122-SCH-895C7689).
Este tipo de proyectos de movilidad permiten a las organizaciones realizar dos cursos de formación en competencias digitales o de emprendimiento, por lo que, al ser la primera movilidad para ambos grupos, otros compañeros de estas entidades podrán disfrutar y aprender gracias a esta experiencia, incrementando la difusión de los conocimientos así como el enriquecimiento general del grupo. 
Este curso pretende subrayar la importancia de crear un aula centrada en el alumno, trasladando la instrucción al hogar. Por ello, este curso se centra en formar al personal y a los profesores de los centros educativos en el uso de herramientas digitales para crear vídeos educativos atractivos y desarrollar actividades interactivas, colaborativas y prácticas en el aula que fomenten las habilidades de aprendizaje autodirigido.
Así, nuestros participantes han aprendido a desarrollar contenidos interactivos, dinámicos y motivadores para sus respectivos alumnos, tanto adultos, en el caso de WASLA, como para niños y jóvenes, en el caso de Primary School Davorina Trstenjaka.
La semana de aprendizaje se ha completado con la visita a la Universidad de Huelva, permitiendo a los asistentes conocer el funcionamiento del sistema educativo español en primera persona.

Let’s learn how to prepare an active learning experience in the classroom!
With the main objective of providing teachers and students with the basic tools necessary to implement investment learning in the classroom, a new edition of the Flipped Classroom Methodology course began last Monday, June 27th at the Inercia Digital Training and Innovation Center, attended by 6 WASLA professionals from Germany, as well as 5 teachers from the Davorina Trstenjaka Primary School from Croatia.
Both organizations have been able to enjoy this wonderful and enriching learning experience thanks to the Erasmus+ KA1 mobility projects approved in call 2021: «Incorporating new methodologies and tools for innovative and safe education at WASLA» (2021-2-DE02-KA122-ADU-000041698) and – «Primary School Davorina Trstenjaka classrooms running for new digital methodologies in education in a safe way» (KA122-SCH-895C7689).
Mobility projects of this type enable organisations to undertake two training courses in digital or entrepreneurial skills, thus, as it is the first mobility for both groups other colleagues from these entities will be able to enjoy and learn thanks to this experience, increasing the dissemination of knowledge as well as the overall enrichment of the group.
This course aims to underline the importance of creating a learner-centered classroom, bringing instruction into the home. Therefore, this course focuses on training school staff and teachers in the use of digital tools to create engaging instructional videos and develop interactive, collaborative, hands-on classroom activities that foster self-directed learning skills.
Thus, our participants have learned to develop interactive, dynamic and motivating content for their respective students, both adults, in the case of WASLA, and children and youth, in the case of Primary School Davorina Trstenjaka.
The week of learning was completed with a visit to the University of Huelva, allowing the participants to learn about the Spanish educational system first hand.
