Entre junio de 2015 y mayo de 2017, el equipo de Inercia Digital participó en el proyecto Erasmus + titulado European Tools 4Adult Education Development in Andalucía.
En el contexto de la crisis económica en Europa es importante hablar y comprender los retos a los que nos enfrentamos. Así pues, Inercia Digital quería abordar diversos problemas como la falta de competencias en nuevos ámbitos, el envejecimiento de la mano de obra, pero también temas como la exclusión social y la ciudadanía activa. Los adultos serán cada vez más llamados a actualizar y ampliar sus habilidades y competencias a través de la educación continua. Este aumento de la necesidad de aprendizaje permanente significa que debemos disponer de modos de prestación más flexibles, ofertas de formación adaptadas y sistemas bien establecidos de validación del aprendizaje no formal e informal. Por lo tanto, el objetivo principal del proyecto era mejorar el nivel de las competencias y competencias clave, en particular por su importancia para el mercado de trabajo y su contribución a una sociedad cohesionada, en particular mediante mayores oportunidades de movilidad en el aprendizaje y mediante una cooperación reforzada entre El mundo de la educación y la formación y el mundo del trabajo.
En el transcurso del proyecto, Inercia Digital participó en una serie de actividades que fueron diseñadas para ayudar a lograr este objetivo. Las actividades fueron las siguientes:
Inglés para educadores y personal administrativo. Este curso se enfocó en mejorar las habilidades del idioma inglés de maestros y administradores y en enseñar inglés como una lengua extranjera moderna. El curso introdujo nuevas metodologías aplicables a través del currículo. Este curso está especialmente diseñado para profesores y personal administrativo que sienten que quieren mejorar sus habilidades lingüísticas al nivel B2.
Gestión de proyectos Erasmus + Movilidad Objetivos. El objetivo del curso de formación era proporcionar a los participantes las competencias necesarias para gestionar proyectos europeos de movilidad en el ámbito de la educación y la formación (Erasmus +). El curso de capacitación proporciona a los participantes las habilidades.
Las nuevas oportunidades ofrecidas por Erasmus Plus. En un curso de formación se exploraron las nuevas oportunidades ofrecidas por el Programa Erasmus Plus: la nueva visión sobre la movilidad y las oportunidades de asociación ofrecidas en la Actividad Principal 1 y Actividad Clave 2, los principales aspectos innovadores de la presentación del proyecto, Consorcio, la nueva financiación y las normas administrativas.
ECVET para movilidad Portsmouth. Curso de formación sobre la aplicación del sistema ECVET en proyectos de movilidad. Desde el diseño de los Resultados de Aprendizaje esperados hasta su validación y reconocimiento. Familiarizarse con los instrumentos ECVET: el Memorándum de Entendimiento, el Acuerdo de Aprendizaje, las herramientas para la evaluación y validación de los resultados de aprendizaje alcanzados. Los estándares de calidad y el procedimiento diseñado por la Red de Educación y Formación: comparando soluciones europeas, dando soluciones prácticas.
Reinventar el asesoramiento de movilidad. El objetivo principal del curso era fomentar metodologías de tutoría, asesoramiento con el fin de maximizar los resultados de aprendizaje alcanzados para los beneficiarios de un proyecto de movilidad.
Tras el proyecto, los participantes consideraron que habían mejorado sus competencias y aptitudes generales y se sentían satisfechos con las actividades realizadas. Algunos de los aspectos más importantes que sentían los participantes eran poder aprender de las buenas prácticas en el extranjero, compartir conocimientos y experiencias con otros participantes, reforzar la cooperación con las organizaciones asociadas y aumentar las competencias sociales, lingüísticas y culturales. Otro aspecto importante es que los participantes consideraron que el proyecto les ayudó a mejorar sus conocimientos en sus propias áreas profesionales.

Between June 2015 and May 2017 the Inercia Digital participated in the Erasmus+ project titled European Tools 4Adult Education Development in Andalucía
In the context of the economic crisis in Europe it is important to talk about and understand the challenges that we are faced with. So, with this in mind, Inercia Digital wanted to tackle various problems such as the lack of skills in new fields, the ageing workforce, but also issues like social exclusion and active citizenship. Adults will increasingly be called upon to update and broaden their skills and competences through continuing education. This increased need for lifelong learning means we should have more flexible modes of delivery, tailored training offers and well-established systems of validation of non-formal and informal learning. Therefore, the main objective of the project was to improve the level of key competences and skills, with particular regard to their relevance for the labour market and their contribution to a cohesive society, in particular through increased opportunities for learning mobility and through strengthened cooperation between the world of education and training and the world of work.
During the course of the project, Inercia Digital participated a series of activities that were designed in order to help achieve this goal. The activities were the following:
English for educators and administrative staff. This course was focused on improving English language abilities of teachers and administrators and on teaching English as a modern foreign language. The course introduced new methodologies applicable across the curriculum. This course is especially designed for teachers and administrative staff who feel they want to improve their language skills to B2 level.
Management of Erasmus+ Mobility Projects Objectives. The objective of the training course was to provide participants with the skills to manage European mobility projects in the fields of school education and training (Erasmus+). The training course provides the participants the skills.
The new opportunities offered by Erasmus Plus. A training course explored the new opportunities offered by the Erasmus Plus Programme: the new vision on mobility and partnership opportunities offered within the Key Activity 1 and Key Activity 2, the main innovative aspects of the project submission, the new rules to set up the project consortium, the new funding and administrative rules.
ECVET for mobility Portsmouth. A training course on how to implement the ECVET system in mobility projects. From the design of the expected Learning Outcomes to their validation and recognition.Get familiar with the ECVET instruments: the Memorandum Of Understanding, the Learning Agreement, the tools for the assessment and validation of achieved learning outcomes. The Quality standards and the procedure designed by the Education and Training Network: comparing European solutions, giving practical solutions.
Reinventing Mobility Counseling. The main objective of the course was to foster methodologies of mentoring, counselling in view of maximising the achieved learning outcomes for the beneficiaries of a mobility project.
After the project the participants felt that they have improved their overall competences and skills, and they felt satisfied with the activities implemented. Some of the most important aspects that were felt by the participants were being able to learn from good practices abroad, sharing knowledge and experience with other participants, reinforcing cooperation with partner organizations and increasing social, linguistic and cultural competences. Another important aspect is that participants felt that the project helped them improve their knowledge in their own professional areas.
