Cada 22 de mayo se celebra el Día Mundial del Agua para recordar la importancia de este recurso esencial para nuestro día a día. Las personas están tan acostumbradas a poder gozar de este bien que no lo valoran, y sin embargo, hay millones de personas que viven sin acceso a agua potable. Es por ello que la celebración de este día, cuyo objetivo es concienciar de este problema y la necesidad de buscar soluciones al respecto, es tan necesaria. 
Este año 2022, este día se centra en las aguas subterráneas, aguas invisibles pero que sin las que la vida no sería posible. Estas son decisivas para el buen funcionamiento de los ecosistemas como los ríos. Por ello, para que nuestros maravillosos ríos andaluces, como el Río Tinto y el Río Guadalquivir, sigan su curso sin ningún problema, debemos aprender a apreciar y, por consiguiente, cuidar este maravilloso recurso. El agua nos da la vida a todos los seres vivos del planeta, cuidémosla.
Los miembros del equipo de Inercia Digital estamos muy concienciados de ello y queremos ayudar a inculcar la importancia de este recurso y cómo cuidar el planeta. Es por ello que se creó el proyecto Eramus+ GLocal, proyecto principalmente dirigido al profesorado y alumnado, cuyo objetivo es crear un estilo de vida más sostenible a través de la concienciación sobre el cambio climático, y reunir 10 soluciones prácticas y simples que se puedan aplicar. Desde Inercia Digital queremos ayudar a crear un mundo sostenible que dure muchos años.

At Inercia Digital we celebrate the “World Water Day”
The World Water Day is celebrated every 22 May to remind us of the importance of this resource, as it is essential for our daily lives. However, we are so fortunate to be able to enjoy it that we do not even value it, which is why this day is necessary. Not everyone is so lucky, as millions of people live without access to clean water. This celebration aims to raise awareness of this problem and the need to find solutions to it. This year, 2022, the focus is on groundwater, which is invisible but without which life would not be possible. Groundwater is crucial for the proper functioning of ecosystems such as rivers. Therefore, in order for our wonderful Andalusian rivers such as the Rio Tinto and the Rio Guadalquivir to continue their course without any problems, we must learn to appreciate and, consequently, to take care of this wonderful resource. Water gives life to all living beings on the planet, let us take care of it.
The members of Inercia Digital are very aware of this and we want to help to instil the importance of this resource and how to take care of the planet. That is why the GLocal project was created, a project mainly aimed at teachers and students. This project aims to create a more sustainable lifestyle by raising awareness about climate change and gathering 10 practical and simple solutions that can be applied. From Inercia Digital, we want to help create a sustainable world that will last for many years to come.
