Comienza el proyecto HYBVET. Desarrollo de formación Híbrida en la Formación Profesional.
El nuevo proyecto Erasmus+ HYBVET ha comenzado. Su objetivo es introducir y desarrollar la formación por simulación híbrida en la Educación y Formación Profesional, especialmente en el sector de la medicina.
Esta semana, los socios han tenido su primera reunión online y han podido organizar y saber que actividades se irán desarrollando durante el proyecto. Además, tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer los beneficios de la educación híbrida mediante una presentación realizada por KTC, centro especializado en esta materia y el cual será la principal fuente de información durante la puesta en marcha del proyecto.
La duración del proyecto será de 24 meses, del 1 de marzo de 2021 al 28 de febrero de 2023, y contará con la participación de 5 socios europeos de diferentes países (Lituania, Letonia, Estonia, España, y Portugal). En este plan se preparará un estudio de viabilidad sobre la aplicación de la formación por simulación híbrida en FP; se desarrollará un programa de formación de profesores de FP que les proporcione los conocimientos necesarios para digitalizar y adaptar el contenido de la enseñanza mediante la formación y la gestión del proceso por simulación híbrida; y se llevará a cabo la adaptación/conversión piloto de programas o módulos de FP seleccionados para su enseñanza mediante el método de formación por simulación híbrida. 
El grupo al que va destinado este proyecto son centros de FP y sus estudiantes, a los que se introducirá al final del proyecto a un enfoque de simulación híbrida. Una vez finalizado, también se formará a otros centros de FP que no pertenezcan al proyecto y se les proporcionará una plataforma de gestión de la formación por simulación híbrida.
Se espera que la iniciativa tenga gran éxito, ya que no sólo los promotores de este proyecto necesitan buscar nuevos métodos de enseñanza de calidad, sino también otras instituciones de formación profesional. Los resultados y su comprobación también serán de interés para los empresarios de diversos sectores de la economía, debido a la rápida formación de sus empleados, la cual será crucial para su futuro éxito y competitividad.

The HYBVET project, development of hybrid training in VET, begins
The new Erasmus+ HYBVET project has started. It aims to introduce and develop hybrid simulation training in Vocational Education and Training, especially in the medical sector.
This week, the partners had their first online meeting and they were able to organise and learn about the activities that will be developed during the project. In addition, they had the opportunity to learn about the benefits of hybrid education through a presentation by KTC, a centre specialised in this field and which will be the main source of information during the implementation of the project.
The project will last for 24 months (1 March 2021-28 February 2023), involving 5 European partners from different countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Spain, Portugal). It will prepare a feasibility study on the implementation of hybrid simulation training in VET; it will develop a training programme for VET teachers to provide them with the necessary skills to digitise and adapt teaching content through hybrid simulation training and process management; and it will carry out pilot adaptation/conversion of selected VET programmes or modules for teaching using the hybrid simulation training method.
The target group of this project are VET schools and their students, who will be introduced to a hybrid simulation approach at the end of the project. After that, other VET schools outside the project will also be trained and provided with a hybrid simulation training management platform. 
The initiative is expected to be a great success as not only the promoters of this project need to look for new quality teaching methods, but also other vocational training institutions. The results of the project and their verification will also be of interest to employers in various sectors of the economy, due to the rapid training of their employees, which will be crucial for their future success and competitiveness.
