¿Conoces el proyecto FSE?
El proyecto Fomentando las Iniciativas Juveniles a través de la Educación Social Empresarial (Fostering Youth Initiatives through Social Enterprise Education) está cofinanciado por la Unión Europea y se compone de un consorcio de 6 organizaciones: Kairos Europe Limited (Reino Unido), Efekto grupe (Lituania), Itaka training (Italia), Arabisches Deutsches Center für Dialog e. V. (Alemania), Inercia Digital (España) y Balkanska Agenciya za Ustoychivo Razvitie (Bulgaria).
El principal objetivo del proyecto es dotar a los trabajadores jóvenes de las organizaciones que participan con las herramientas y el conocimiento para poder formar a otros trabajadores jóvenes y apoyarlos en el desarrollo de actividades innovadoras de emprendimiento social. Esto se está llevando a cabo a través de los siguientes medios:
- Formación internacional de trabajadores jóvenes de las organizaciones participantes.
- Intercambio de buenas prácticas.
- Reuniones con empresarios de éxito.
- Actividades locales con trabajadores jóvenes que aprenderán sobre cómo enseñar emprendimiento social a los jóvenes.
- Asesoramiento y apoyo continuo a los jóvenes a través de sus esfuerzos.
- Recopilación de las mejores prácticas y materiales de formación en un conjunto de herramientas que serán un punto de referencia para las organizaciones participantes, así como para la comunidad en general, que serán informadas sobre el proyecto a través de una difusión específica.
- Adaptación de las herramientas a un curso electrónico que se pondrá en línea a través de una plataforma Moodle.
¿Qué actividades se están desarrollando?
El pasado mes de febrero tuvo lugar en Berlín el primer curso del proyecto sobre emprendimiento social donde todas las organizaciones presentaron ejemplo de buenas prácticas en sus países y pudieron aprender un poco más visitando el Ágora de empresarios donde participaron en la conferencia sobre Financiación de Startups en Alemania.
Actualmente todos los socios siguen trabajando en la preparación de actividades y talleres para jóvenes que están interesados en el emprendimiento social. Además, los contenidos que se impartieron durante el curso en Berlín, estará disponible en un plataforma de e-learning que está desarrollando Itaka training, Kairos Europe e Inercia Digital. El segundo curso del proyecto está planificado para después del verano en el que los miembros de las organizaciones aprenderán sobre los nuevos aspectos del emprendimiento social, así como modelos de negocios y oportunidades para la financiación de nuevos proyectos

Do you know about the FSE project?
Fostering Youth Initiatives through Social Enterprise Education (FSE) is a Erasmus+ project co-funded by the European Union and come from a consortium of 6 organizations Kairos Europe Limited (United Kingdom), Efekto grupe (Lithuania), Itaka training (Italy), Arabisches Deutsches Center für Dialog e. V. (Germany), Inercia Digital (Spain), Balkanska Agenciya za Ustoychivo Razvitie (Bulgaria).
The main objective of the project is to equip youth workers from the participating organisations with the tools and knowledge to be able to train other youth workers and support young people in the development of new and innovative social entrepreneurial activities. This will be achieved through the following means:
- International Training of youth workers from the participating organisations
- Exchange of good practices
- Meetings with successful entrepreneurs
- Local activities with youth workers who will learn about how to teach social entrepreneurship to young people.
- Continuous mentoring and support given to young people through their endeavours.
- Collection of best practices and training materials in a toolkit that will be a point of reference for the participating organisations as well as the wider community that will be informed about the project through targeted dissemination
- Adaptation of the toolkit into an e-course which will be put online via a Moodle platform
What activities are we developing?
Last February all the partners took part in a course in Berlin about social entrepreneurship where every organization presented examples of good practices in their countries and they could learn a bit more visiting the Agora of entrepreneurs where they participated in the conference on Financing Startups in Germany.
Currently all the partners keep working preparing activities and workshops for young people who are interested in social entrepreneurship. Besides, the content given during the course in Berlin will be available in an e-learning platform that is being designed by Itaka training, Kairos Europe, and Inercia Digital.
After the summer, the second course of the project will be developed to learn a bit more about the new aspects of social entrepreneurship and to know more about business models and opportunities for financing the projects.
