CURSO FORMATIVO: “Herramientas colaborativas para el trabajo en equipo en Educación”
El pasado 18 de noviembre de 2018 dio comienzo el curso “Herramientas Colaborativas para el Trabajo en Equipo en Educación”. Este curso fue impartido en nuestra escuela “El Rompido School”, en El Rompido, Huelva y tuvo una duración de 7 días.
En esta ocasión los participantes eran profesores provenientes de la escuela AOF VENDSYSSEL (Dinamarca). También contamos con la presencia de dos estudiantes de la Universidad de Huelva.
El principal objetivo del curso era dar a conocer a los profesores herramientas colaborativas que les ayuden a integrar las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación en sus campos de trabajo y mejoren su trabajo en equipo.
Así pues, los participantes aprendieron a manejar algunas herramientas como Google Drive, Trello y Slack. Los alumnos crearon sus propios documentos online (lista de asistencia, exámenes, actividades, etc) y emplearon las distintas herramientas para comunicarse entre sí y compartir información.
El programa formativo del curso fue el siguiente:
- Día 1: Bienvenida. Presentación de la plataforma Moodle de Inercia Digital.
- Día 2: Cloud Computing: Google Drive.
- Día 3: Aplicación colaborativa para la gestión de tareas: Trello.
- Día 4: Día de buenas prácticas.
- Día 5: Aplicación colaborativa para la comunicación en equipo: Slack.
- Día 6: Seguimiento y trabajo en grupo.
- Día 7: Evaluación del curso y entrega de certificados.
En el día de Buenas Prácticas, los participantes visitaron las instalaciones del colegio SAFA Funcadia y la Universidad de Huelva. También conocieron la labor formativa en competencias digitales que hace Andalucía Compromiso Digital en nuestra comunidad. Damos las gracias a estas tres instituciones por acogernos una vez más.

TRAINING COURSE: “Collaborative Tools for Teamwork in Education”
The course «Collaborative Tools for Teamwork in Education» began last November 18, 2018. This course was given in our school “El Rompido School”, in El Rompido, Huelva and had a duration of 7 days.
On this occasion the participants were teachers from the school AOF VENDSYSSEL (Denmark). There were also two students from the University of Huelva.
The main objective of the course was to familiarize the teachers with the use of collaborative tools that help them to integrate Information and Communication Technologies in their fields of work and improve their teamwork.
Thus, the students learned to use some tools such as Google Drive, Trello and Slack. The students created their own online documents (attendance list, exams, activities, etc.) and used the different tools to communicate with each other and share information.
The training programme of the course was as follows:
- Day 1: Welcome. Presentation of the Moodle platform.
- Day 2: Cloud Computing: Google Drive.
- Day 3: Collaborative application for task management: Trello.
- Day 4: Good practices day.
- Day 5: Collaborative application for team communication: Slack.
- Day 6: Monitoring and working with groups.
- Day 7: Course evaluation and delivery of certificates.
On Good Practices Day, participants visited the SAFA Funcadia School and the University of Huelva. They also learned about the training work in digital skills that Andalusia Digital Commitment does in our community. We thank these three institutions for welcoming us once again.
