Cuarto encuentro del proyecto VET-Furnishing en Viena / Fourth Transnational Meeting of the VET-Furnishing Project in Viena, Austria

La ciudad de Viena en Austria fue sede de la cuarta reunión del proyecto VET-Furnishing del 3 al
4 de mayo de 2018.

La reunión fue organizada por la Escuela Kayseri OSB de Turquía (OSB Kolej) con la participación
de otros socios turcos; los grupos de MTEGM, HU, KOSB y ERU KMYO, así como socios del Reino Unido (Global Skills Ledger – GSL Team. y Didac Limited – DL Team), el grupo BEST de Austria y nosotros de Inercia Digital en España.

El proyecto VET-Furnishing, el cual comenzó en noviembre del 2016 y finalizará en febrero del 2019 es un “Programa de orientación profesional y capacitación modular basado en el aprendizaje electrónico, adaptado y disponible para la competencia profesional en el ámbito
mobiliario”. El proyecto ha celebrado varios encuentros anteriores, así como sesiones formativas y busca capacitar a adultos profesionales basándose en una plataforma
de aprendizaje electrónico, además de facilitar la movilidad de estudiantes de mobiliario y diseño de
interiores, para llevarlos desde las escuelas al mercado laboral.

El orden del día de la reunión fue el siguiente:

9:45 – 10: 00- Presentación seguida de una reunión con los nuevos miembros del proyecto

Receso (15 minutos)

10:15 – 13:00 – Intervenciones de OSB Kolej, ERU KMYO, Didac y Global Skills Ledger, HACETTEPE y KOSB

Presentación de OSB Kolej durante la cual se explicaron las fases del proyecto, se compartió
información sobre el presupuesto y cómo usarlo, se informó sobre los documentos que
requerirá OSB Kolej al final del proyecto y se proporcionó información acerca de los planes de
difusión. También se habló sobre la reunión que tuvo lugar entre OSB Kolej, Global Skills Ledger
y MTEGM y dieron información sobre el establecimiento de las reglas de trabajo y la
planificación de las fechas.

Intervención de ERU KMYO. El grupo hizo una evaluación de las Competencias Vocacionales y
compartió opiniones y sugerencias.

Intervención de Didac y Global Skills Ledger. Los dos socios británicos dieron sus opiniones y
sugerencias sobre su plan de estudios de tapicería.

Presentación de HACETTEPE. El grupo presentó una muestra de VR que se utilizará en el
módulo.

Intervención de KOSB. El grupo compartió los tipos de apoyo que proporcionan al proyecto.

13:00 – 14:30 – Pausa para el almuerzo

14:30 – 16:00 – Presentación de MTEGM e Inercia Digital

MTEGM dio información sobre la redacción del módulo y evaluó las opiniones de los socios.

Inercia Digital presentó una muestra de un portal de e-learning y compartió información sobre cómo integrar los portales de puestos de trabajo electrónicos y empleo electrónico en un portal de e-learning. Dimos paso a recibir opiniones de los socios sobre la plataforma.

16:00 – 16:15 – Pausa para un café.

16:15 – 17:00 – Presentación del grupo BEST sobre los talleres de orientación profesional que
ofrecen en Austria. Esto fue seguido por una presentación sobre el empleo de estudiantes
graduados de escuelas secundarias vocacionales en Austria.

17:00 – 17:30 – Intervención de OSB Kolej . Firma de informes, recogida de tarjetas de embarque
y documentos del proyecto. Se entregó una encuesta de la reunión a los socios participantes
seguida de una sesión en la que se recibieron las opiniones y sugerencias de todos los socios.

17:30 – Fin de la reunión.

19:30 – Cena

 

Fourth Transnational Meeting of the VET-Furnishing project held in Vienna

The city of Vienna in Austria hosted the fourth meeting of the VET-Furnishing project from 3rd to 4th May 2018.

The meeting was organised by Turkey’s Kayseri OSB School (OSB Kolej) with the participation of other Turkish partners, namely the MTEGM Team, HU Team , KOSB Team and ERU KMYO Team as well as partners from the United Kingdom (Global Skills Ledger – GSL Team and Didac Limited – DL Team), Austria’s BEST group and us at Inercia Digital from Spain.

The VET-Furnishing project which started in November 2016 and will finish in February 2019 is a “Career Guidance and Modular Training Programme Based on e-Learning Which Is Suitable and Available for Professional Competence of Furnishing”. The project has already completed several milestones and a series of meetings and it seeks seeks to train professional adults based on an e-learning platform and facilitate the mobility of students of furniture and interior design from schools to the labour market.

 

The meeting’s agenda went as follows:

9:45 – 10:00- Presentation followed by a meeting with the new project members

Coffee Break (15 minutes)

10:15 – 13:00 – Interventions by OSB Kolej, ERU KMYO, Didac and Global Skills Ledger, HACETTEPE and KOSB

Presentation by OSB Kolej during which they went over the phases of the project, shared information about the budget and how to use it, informed of the documents that OSB Kolej will require at the end of the project and gave information about dissemination plans. They also talked about the meeting between OSB Kolej, Global Skills Ledger and MTEGM and gave information on setting out the working rules and planning the dates.

Presentation by ERU KMYO. The group went over an evaluation of the Vocational Competences and shared opinions and suggestions.

Presentation by Didac and Global Skills Ledger . The two British partners gave opinions and suggestions about their upholstery curriculum.

Presentation by HACETTEPE. The group presented a VR sample that will be used in the module.

Intervention by KOSB. The group shared the kinds of support they provide to the project.

13:00 – 14:30 – Lunch Break

14:30 – 16:00 – Interventions by MTEGM and Inercia Digital

MTEGM gave information about module writing and evaluated the opinions of partners.

Inercia Digital presented a sample of an e-learning portal and shared information about how to integrate e-career and e-employments portals into an e-learning portal. We welcomed opinions from partners about the platform

16:00 – 16:15 – Coffee Break

16:15 – 17:00 – Presentation by BEST group about workshops offering career guidance in Austria. This was followed by a presentation about the employment of students graduated from vocational high schools in Austria.

17:00 – 17:30 – Intervention by OSB Kolej. Signing of reports, gathering of boarding passes and project documents. A meeting survey was handed out followed by a session welcoming opinions and suggestions from all partners.

17:30 – End of the meeting

19:30 – Dinner
