Inercia Digital se adentra en el Proyecto Europeo Erasmus+ KA2 FAITH que surge por la necesidad de actualizar a la juventud en su faceta laboral por la inminente llegada al comercio de masas de las IA accesibles y gratuitas. En un plazo muy breve de tiempo aquellas instituciones, empresas, organizaciones y las personas que no hagan uso de las aplicaciones de IA se enfrentarán a una brecha competitiva cada vez mayor en comparación con los que sí hagan uso de las misma. Hoy en día, cualquier proceso organizativo se puede mejorar con este tipo de herramientas.
En esta tarea, trabajaremos conjuntamente tres socios europeos, Associazione Agenzia per la Promozione dei Giovani en Italia y Udruga za promicanje pozitivne afirmacije mladih u društvu «Impress» Daruvar en Croacia junto con INERCIA DIGITAL S.L.
Es por esto que el proyecto Erasmus+ FAITH tiene como objetivo detectar todas las oportunidades para aumentar la calidad del trabajo en los jóvenes, y para ello reforzará la racionalización de los procesos de tres socios involucrados ( Associazione Agenzia per la Promozione dei Giovani en Italia y Udruga za promicanje pozitivne afirmacije mladih u društvu «Impress» Daruvar en Croacia junto con INERCIA DIGITAL S.L.) en el trabajo juvenil además de identificar las herramientas y el software de inteligencia artificial más adecuados para respaldar estos procesos, recopilando finalmente los resultados en la creación de un Manual sobre Inteligencia Artificial en el Trabajo Juvenil que irá acompañado de instrucciones básicas de funcionamiento y un análisis comparativo de diferentes herramientas disponibles para resolver problemas similares.

Artificial Intelligence in Youth Work
Inercia Digital delves into the European Erasmus+ KA2 FAITH Project, which came up from the need to update youth in their work role due to the imminent arrival of accessible and free AIs into mass commerce. In a very short period of time, those institutions, companies, organisations and people that do not use AI applications will face an increased competitive gap compared to those that do use them. Nowadays, any organisational process can be improved with this type of tools.
In this task, three European partners will work together, , Associazione Agenzia per la Promozione dei Giovani en Italia y Udruga za promicanje pozitivne afirmacije mladih u društvu «Impress» Daruvar en Croacia and INERCIA DIGITAL S.L.
That is why the Erasmus+ FAITH project aims to detect all opportunities to increase the quality of youth work, and to do so it will reinforce the rationalisation of the processes of three partners involved in youth work, (Associazione Agenzia per la Promozione dei Giovani and Udruga za promicanje pozitivne afirmacije mladih u društvu «Impress» Daruvar en Croacia with INERCIA DIGITAL S.L. )
In addition to identify the tools and software for artificial intelligence most suitable to support these processes, finally compiling the results creating a Manual on Artificial Intelligence in Youth Work that will be accompanied by basic operating instructions and a comparative analysis of different tools available to solve similar problems.
