Ka3 – course “MEET”

It has been quite a while since the “MEET“ (for more information click here) course started. I think now is the time to reflect on this course which will finish tomorrow (18/12/15).

The course „MEET“ was (let´s say “was” as is going to finish tomorrow) a course to train the Erasmus+ Project Coordinators, where the main objectives were : Introduction of European Union and Erasmus+; Erasmus+ KA1: Learning Mobility of Individuals; Teaching programme and teaching resources; Erasmus+ KA2: Strategic Partnership; Erasmus+ KA3; Application for form Erasmus+ (e-form); Networking and looking for partner and Impact and Dissemination of Erasmus+.

The good thing about the “MEET” is that it will help you to develop your English, you will get know more information about the European Union, about the Erasmus+ programme, you will be able to communicate with new people from different countries, you will try to make contract with them and so on.

For this course we have received a lot of CVs, but only eight best written curriculums were moved to the interview process, where were selected the best four young participants.

I have to say I have never seen so clever and hardworking young people. It was pleasure for me to work with Alvaro, María, Josefa and Manuel (photo). I believe they will get the most amazing jobs in the future (maybe related with Erasmus+ projects :))

These four “chosen ones” were participating on every course´s meeting, they were working, at least, five hours per day to achieve all the goals which were specified by the Trainer (specialized person in Erasmus+ programme) and they were able to finish the course with the certificates.

I believe it wasn´t every time really easy for them to “work” in such a course. Working with European projects is difficult, you have to be concentrated, you have to be clever, you have to know how to communicate with people, how to solve the problems and also you need to speak in English

Once again, I am glad to meet Alvaro, María, Josefa and Manuel and I wish them good luck :).
