La cooperación y colaboración creativa juegan un papel clave en el procedimiento de emprender. Por este motivo, en Inercia Digital contamos con el curso “Trabajo Colaborativo en Educación para una Experiencia de Emprendimiento Exitosa”, realizado durante los días 20 y 24 de noviembre, cuya meta principal es que los participantes logren establecer conexiones entre los integrantes de su comunidad educativa y, más adelante, forjar lazos con distintos aspectos del crecimiento personal.
Concretamente, hemos tenido 6 participantes de Malta y Austria desde el Mikiel Anton Vassalli College e Integrity Earth. Todos han logrado identificar la integración del espíritu emprendedor como una habilidad integral en sus ámbitos educativos. Han adquirido conocimientos sobre el manejo de diversas herramientas colaborativas para la ejecución de sus proyectos empresariales y han establecido los cimientos de un proyecto conjunto destinado a abordar desafíos en su entorno social específico.
Además, durante esta semana, los participantes también han podido conocer varias empresas de Huelva surgidas a través del emprendimiento. Por un lado, el taller local de cerámica Keramos Huelva, creado a través de la acción colaborativa de 2 mujeres y, por otro lado, la empresa La Lonja de la Innovación, una compañía más grande dedicada a la resolución de problemas e innovación de otras empresas a nivel regional.

Developing the entrepreneurial spirit: collaborative experiences in Malta, Austria and Huelva
Cooperation and creative collaboration play a key role in the process of entrepreneurship. For this reason, at Inercia Digital we have the course «Collaborative Work in Education to have a Successful Entrepreneurship Experience«, held on the 20th and 24th of November, whose main goal is that participants manage to establish connections between the members of their educational community and, later on, forge links with different aspects of personal growth.
Specifically, we have had 6 participants from Malta and Austria from the Mikiel Anton Vassalli College and Integrity Earth. They have all managed to identify the integration of entrepreneurship as an integral skill in their educational settings. They have gained knowledge on how to use various collaborative tools for the implementation of their entrepreneurial projects and have laid the foundations of a joint project aimed at addressing challenges in their specific social environment.
In addition, during this week, the participants were also able to learn about several companies in Huelva that have emerged through entrepreneurship. On the one hand, the local ceramic workshop Keramos Huelva, born through the collaborative action of 2 women and, on the other hand, the company La Lonja de la Innovación, a larger company dedicated to problem solving and innovation of other companies at regional level.
We hope that these days have been as enriching for them as it has been for us. And, of course, we would like to thank both Keramos Huelva and La Lonja de la Innovación for their continued collaboration with Inercia Digital.
