Nuevo curso formativo para la inclusión social basado en el modelo Lego Serious Play. // New training course for social inclusion based on the Lego Serious Play model.

Durante la semana del 13 al 17 de diciembre se llevó a cabo el curso del proyecto europeo Remida, que tiene como objetivo apoyar el trabajo social de la inclusión de adultos en riesgos de exclusión a través del Modelo innovativo Lego Serious Play.

A este curso asistieron formadores de diferentes países socios del proyecto: Consorzio Ro.Ma. (Italia), AGENFAP Società cooperativa (Italia), Balgarska Age ntsiya Za Razvitie (Bulgaria), Inercia Digital (España), Razvojno Izobrazevalni Center Novomesto (Eslovenia), Ce ntrum Ksztalcenia Ustawicznego (Polonia), Asociatia Centrul European pentru Integrare ACTA (Rumanía), Escola Profissional Do Alto Lima (Portugal) y Hellenic Open University (Grecia).

Durante las diferentes sesiones en el curso se llevaron a cabo diferentes actividades. Primero, se realizó la introducción sobre el proyecto Remida y el Modelo LSP con la construcción de una torre que nos representase a nosotros mismos, con el objetivo de compartir nuestras competencias y puntos clave a través de esta construcción. Después, colaboramos para compartir las diferentes experiencias diseñando un taller con la metodología Lego Serious Play. Por último, y como actividad práctica, los socios construimos un modelo que representase los elementos más frecuentes que afrontamos durante un proceso de orientación con personas desfavorecidas.

En los próximos meses se llevarán a cabo talleres locales en cada país de los socios ( Bulgaria, España, Eslovenia, Grecia, Italia, Polonia, Portugal y Rumania), con adultos en situaciones desfavorecidas para llevar a cabo las mismas dinámicas que hemos llevado a cabo los socios.

Thanks to the training course on the Lego Serious Play model of the Remida project, adults at risk of social exclusion will feel included.

During the week of 13-17 December, the course of the European project Remida took place, which aims to support the social work of inclusion of adults at risk of exclusion through the innovative Lego Serious Play Model.

The course was attended by trainers from different partner countries of the project: Consorzio Ro.Ma. (Italy), AGENFAP Società cooperativa (Italy), Balgarska Agentsiya Za Razvitie (Bulgaria), Inercia Digital (Spain), Razvojno Izobrazevalni Center Novomesto (Slovenia), Centrum Ksztalcenia Ustawicznego (Poland), Asociatia Centrul European pentru Integrare ACTA (Romania), Escola Profissional Do Alto Lima (Portugal) and Hellenic Open University (Greece).

During the different sessions in the course, different activities were carried out. First, an introduction to the Remida project and the LSP Model was made by building a tower representing ourselves, with the aim of sharing our competences and key points through this construction. Afterwards, we collaborated to share the different experiences by designing a workshop with the Lego Serious Play methodology. Finally, as a practical activity, the partners built a model representing the most frequent elements we face during a mentoring process with disadvantaged people.

In the coming months, local workshops will be held in each country of the partners (Bulgaria, Spain, Slovenia, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Romania), with adults in disadvantaged situations to carry out the same dynamics that the partners have carried out.
