¿En qué parte del proyecto nos encontramos?
Durante los últimos doce meses, los socios han trabajado en la implementación del proyecto a pesar de las dificultades que se han sucedido debido a la situación de pandemia mundial.
Sin duda, la emergencia sanitaria y los problemas que supone ahora el viajar y reunirse cara a cara con otras personas cosas que podíamos hacer con normalidad hasta marzo de 2020, han hecho que tengamos que cambiar nuestra estrategia y empezar a hacer las cosas online. Sin embargo, hemos puesto todo nuestro empeño en asegurarnos de que se alcanzan los objetivos del proyecto.
Segundo curso del proyecto
Como recordatorio, planificamos la organización de dos cursos formativos. Mientras que en el primero, los participantes aprenderían sobre temas como las formas jurídicas de emprendimiento social, cómo convertir ideas en proyectos o cómo abordar problemas sociales, el segundo evento formativo iría más enfocado a la planificación y financiación de empresas. El primer curso tuvo lugar en Berlín en febrero de 2020. El segundo curso debía celebrarse en España en octubre del mismo año, pero, en cambio, se realizó de forma online durante tres semanas en diciembre de 2020.
Todas las organizaciones asociadas se adaptaron al cambio con gran esfuerzo. Uno de los puntos positivos del curso fue que, al no celebrarse el curso de manera presencial, pudimos gestionar la participación de muchas más personas, por lo que la experiencia resultó ser interesante y enriquecedora.
Como ya hemos mencionado más arriba, el segundo curso trataba de temas como la planificación y financiación de empresas, al igual que las formas de medir el impacto social, las propuestas de valor y el Modelo A-F. También tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a la fundadora de un nuevo e inspirador proyecto de emprendimiento social (Pacto Verde), quién, en vistas de la situación económica y social actual, busca maneras de apoyar a las personas más vulnerables de la sociedad.
“Tuve la oportunidad de aprender cosas totalmente nuevas sobre las que nunca había tenido la oportunidad de debatir como, por ejemplo, el modelo Canvas, un modelo de negocio que puede ser muy útil si decido iniciar cualquier negocio social en un futuro. Me guiaré principalmente por la idea presentada hoy aquí” (Participante del curso)
Los siguientes pasos en el proyecto
Los socios seguirán trabajando los últimos tres meses del proyecto para implementar actividades locales que se centrarán en los jóvenes y en enseñarles sobre emprendimiento social y a trabajar en equipo para desarrollar ideas nuevas e interesantes.
Mientras los socios puedan realizar dichas actividades de forma presencial, así lo harán. Si no se pudiese, los socios tendrán que contactar con las personas de forma online, algo a lo que ya nos hemos acostumbrado. Además, las personas tendrán la oportunidad de acceder de forma online a los materiales del proyecto, a través de la página web y de su plataforma de e-learning. Podrán acceder de forma gratuita a esta plataforma dónde podrán encontrar presentaciones, vídeos de los cursos y ejercicios.

Where we are in the project
During the past 12 months, partners worked in the implementation of the project despite the difficulties encountered due to the worldwide pandemic.
Certainly, the health emergency and the problems related to travelling and meeting with people in face to face context like we used to be able to do before March 2020, has meant that we’ve had to change our strategy and start to do things online.
Nevertheless, we have been doing our best to make sure that the objectives of the project are met.
Second Project Training Event
As a reminder, we planned the organization of two training events. In the first one the participants would learn about topics such as social entrepreneurship legal forms, how to turn ideas into project, how to address social issues, while the second training would be more focused on business planning and funding. The first training was held in Berlin in February 2020. The second training was supposed to be held in Spain in October of the same year, but instead was held online over 3 weeks in December 2020.
All partner organisations embraced the change with great effort, and one of the positives notes about the training was that we managed to involve a lot more participants than if the training had taken place face to face, therefore it turned out to be rich and engaging.
As mentioned above second training dealt with topics such as business planning and funding, as well as measuring social impact, Value Proposition, and the A to F Innovation Model. We also had the chance to meet with the founder of an inspiring new social entrepreneurship project (Pacto Verde), who, in light of the current economic and social situation, are looking for ways to help the more vulnerable in society.
“I got to learn completely new things, which I haven’t had the opportunity to discuss about such as the Canvas, business model triangle which will be helpful in case I decide to initiate any social business in the future. Next steps in the project
Partners will be working on the last 3 months of the project to implement local activities which will focus on engaging young people and teach them about social entrepreneurship and work together on the development of new interesitng ideas.
Whereas partners will have the chance to do these activities face to face, this will be welcome. Otherwise, partners will engage with people online, as we’ve become so familiar nowadays. In addition, people will have the chance to access the project materials online, via the project website and e-learning platform. The platform is freely accessible and contains presentations, videos of the trainings, and exercises.
