Incrementando oportunidades profesionales en personas con baja cualificación e inmigrantes
Comenzamos un nuevo proyecto Erasmus+ IPJ4, con el que se pretende incrementar las oportunidades profesionales en estudiantes con poca cualificación e inmigrantes.
Durante los días 20 y 21 de Enero tuvimos la oportunidad de reunirnos todos los socios del proyecto y acordar los primeros pasos de esta fantástica iniciativa.
El proyecto IPJ4 tendrá una duración de 24 meses y contará con la participación de 5 socios europeos de diferentes países (Alemania, Rumania, Italia, España e Islandia) para así desarrollar, probar e implementar un enfoque completamente nuevo para el aprendizaje y trabajo de personas con poca cualificación e inmigrantes, empezando por la orientación profesional y proporcionando herramientas de práctica visual para trabajos demandados en el mercado.
La propuesta está basada en la introducción de formas creativas y novedosas para la iniciación y continuidad de FP gracias al uso intensivo de las TIC a fin de estimular la accesibilidad a los materiales de formación para el sistema profesional y para incrementar las oportunidades profesionales.

We start a new Erasmus+ Project IPJ4, which pretends to increase professional opportunities for low skilled students and migrants.
During 20th and 21st of January we had the opportunity to meet with all of the partners of this project and to agree on the first steps of this fantastic initiative.
The project will last for 24 months and 5 partners from different european countries (Germany, Romania, Italy, Spain and Iceland) will collaborate testing and introducing a brand-new approach to the work-based learning for low-skilled and migrants starting from the career orientation/guidance and providing practical VISUAL training tools for jobs in demand on the market.
The proposal is based on the introduction of creative and novel ways for the initial and continuous VET thanks to the intensive use of ICT in order to stimulate the accessibility to the training materials for a vocational system and to increase the occupational chances.
