La primera actividad del proyecto REMIDA // The first activity of the REMIDA project

La primera actividad del proyecto REMIDA

Re.M.I.D.A.

• La definición del marco pedagógico;
• La aplicación del modelo LSP al objetivo;

Sitio web y redes sociales.

The first activity of the REMIDA project

Re.M.I.D.A. Project continues functioning despite the unfortunate situation caused by Covid-19. All partners continue working, some from their offices, others from their homes, but the important thing is that we continue communicating with each other to carry out the different tasks and to achieve the objectives and expected results.

The project «REMIDA – Renewed Models for the Inclusion of Disadvantaged Adults» was created with the aim of supporting the social and working inclusion of adults 45+ at risk of exclusion (low qualifications and skills, obsolete skills, immigrants…) by defining and testing an innovative model of intervention, aimed at achieving personal empowerment and enhancing the informal and non-formal skills / abilities of this target group.

Information about the first activity

The project has continued with the completion of the first activity. This activity is the alignment of the LSP model to the target group, through various strategies such as:

  • Definition of a set of survey tools, compilation.
  • Data analysis, alignment of the new model with more effective methodologies and standards in the context of EdA courses, orientation courses and skills assessment.

Once the model has been adapted, it must be validated by exchanging with AE providers. The model will be presented at an event in which at least 10 operators will participate, with the aim of:

  • Collect comments on the functionality and sustainability of the model.
  • Identify the skills gap of the operators in the use of the model.

After the events, the model will be implemented through:

  • Definition of the pedagogical framework;
  • Application of the LSP model to the objective;
  • Identification of the potential uses of the LSP model to assess the competencies and orientation of the target group towards training and / or work routes.

With the achievement of this model, we can ensure that adults over 45 at risk of social and labor exclusion feel greater personal empowerment.

This LSP model means that it is adapted to the principles of Lego Serious Play, and its alignment with great methods to educate, train, evaluate and guide these adults.

Second Transnational Project Meeting in Oradea (Romania)

In this second meeting held in the Romanian city of Oradea, all partners met with their respective representatives. This meeting was very efficient to discuss the course the project was  taking, but the most important topic to discuss was everything related to the validation of the model, explained above, the LSP model.

Website and Social Media.

The website and Social Media will be fundamental elements in the scope of the dissemination of the project, since thanks to it we will be able to update news about the project, such as how the project is progressing, or the different meetings we have throughout the course of the project, we will also show the different results and the multiplier events that are planned.

These elements will be a showcase for the project, where the relevant information will be available in the 9 project languages (English, Italian, Polish, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Spanish, Romanian, Greek, Portuguese). They will be connected to the planned online learning platform. A project page will be created on Facebook, animated by all partners, direct participants and target groups.
