The first reading to the CooperActive Project allows us to develop a clear image of the main purpose to achieve by the organizations who are part of it, as far as the methodology to follow step by step ( Here you can find more information about the CooperActive project.)
The CooperActive Project shows us the importance that education has nowadays (non-formal education mainly.) With the main aim of increasing the quality and validation of non-formal education, this project bases its development on enterprises led by young people. The project focuses on the growth and expansion of those young leaders, people who are part of their teamwork and the proficiency of the methodology that is followed, making their work a little bit easier.
With the design and development of some activities like international meetings, creation of monitoring courses, tests, electronic tools…this project will be able to maintain the quality of the non-formal education, what is essential to the formation of new and suitable trainers.
Along the period of execution of the project, leaders, trainers, managers…etc will be trained with the only purpose of achieving the higher degree of knowledge to avoid them to develop their main objectives.
With this training period and the activities related to it, the results will provide the establishment of a strong and long-lasting relationship between the members of the different companies, the increasing of the horizons, knowledge, skills…what would be completely satisfactory and would be the greatest achievement of their plan.
With this project, it is expected to create a group of international partnership. With the collaboration of firms coming from Europe, Asia, America…etc the project will be able to form the best staff for each company but also a cooperative and helpful society that can eliminate or beat the obstacles that can be present in the export market.

La primera vez que leemos la información el proyecto CooperActive, podemos desarrollar una imagen clara del propósito principal que las organizaciones que forman parte de él pretenden adquirir, así como la metodología a seguir paso a paso (Aquí podéis obtener más información acerca del proyecto CooperActive).
El proyecto CooperActive nos muestra la importancia que la educación tiene hoy día (mayormente, la educación no formal). Con el principal propósito de aumentar la calidad y validación de la educación no formal, este proyecto basa su desarrollo en empresas dirigidas por jóvenes. El proyecto se centra en el crecimiento y expansión de estos jóvenes líderes, las personas que forman parte de su equipo de trabajo y la competencia de la metodología seguida, haciendo su trabajo un poco más fácil.
Mediante el diseño y desarrollo de algunas actividades como encuentros internacionales, creación de cursos monitorizados, tests, herramientas electrónicas…este proyecto podrá mantener la calidad de la educación no formal, lo que es esencial para la formación de instructores.
A lo largo del periodo de ejecución del proyecto, los líderes, educadores, directores…etc serán formados con el único propósito de adquirir el mayor nivel de conocimiento para así permitirles desarrollar sus objetivos principales.
Con este periodo de prácticas y las actividades relacionada con él, los resultados proveerán la creación de una relación reforzada y duradera entre los miembros de las diferentes compañías, la expansión de los horizontes, conocimiento, habilidades…lo que sería completamente satisfactorio y el mayor logro de su programa.
Con este proyecto, se espera crear un grupo de socios internacionales. Con la colaboración de empresas provenientes de Europa, Asia, América…etc, el proyecto podrá crear el mejor equipo de trabajo para cada compañía, así como una sociedad cooperante y útil que puede eliminar o superar los obstáculos que pueden aparecer en el mercado de exportación.
