Last June 22nd, I witnessed my first international meeting of the members who are part of the DIGA project. The reunion with those people went further than I had could expect. Since the very beginning, the environment became sociable, comfortable and completely useful to achieve the objectives of the project and, for those who came as trainees, to gain a little bit of the experience needed when being part of a group like this. With the sharing of the information that each of them (who came from different parts of Europe, what allow the members of the organizations and also the ones involved in the several courses and training programs that those people provide us with to see and be part of the different aspects of each culture) had worked on, the different companies were able to spread the necessary knowledge that will be useful to the ones interested on taking the courses to develop the skills and abilities for the management of their business groups.
The most useful, necessary and interesting points presented and explained there were related to the use of some tools that have become essential nowadays in relation to what we know as e-commerce, e-learning and the relevance that this kind of business evolution has today.
The sharing of the information about the many aspects of the projects, the points to improve and develop was a good way to enhance the progress and the final skills and objectives of the plan, what after all is the main purpose of each company.
Adding new or better strategies, not only to increase the quality of the scheme but also to solve the main problems that can be generated, was an important part to focus on in the meeting (each of the ideas were supported for the rest of the members of the organizations.) During the meeting, we were introduced to the “Best Practices Programs”, as Digital School Programme (developed by Inercia Digital) or Minerva Programme, as far as their collaborations: Welcome in Inercia Digital and Andalucia Compromiso Digital (the last one supported and developed by Junta de Andalucía). Those “Best Practices” allow the learners to improve, develop and reinforce their knowledge and skills in the business field.
The incoming of some aspects and materials to the programs (as the electronic tools) can favour the access to the courses, the study of them and the process of acquisition and advance of the essential talents for the entrepreneurs ready to enter and be part of the labour market.
Those electronic tools, like GDrive, hangouts, Social Media…are an important part of the project and they were presented as an innovative way and useful objects to provide, work with and share information with and between the people who are getting in or are already part of the plan, courses or programs. Considered as a new kind of work place: the virtual office.

El pasado 22 de junio, presencié mi primer encuentro internacional de los miembros que forman el proyecto DIGA. La reunión fue más allá de lo que yo podía haber esperado. Desde el comienzo, el ambiente fue sociable, cómodo y realmente útil para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto y, para quienes estuvimos allí como becarios, ganar un poco de la experiencia necesaria para formar parte de un grupo como este. Con la distribución de la información que cada uno de ellos (provenientes de distintas partes de Europa, lo que permite a los miembros de las organizaciones y a las personas involucradas en los variados cursos y programas de formación que nos ofrecen, ver y ser parte de los diferentes aspectos de cada cultura) las diferentes organizaciones pudieron difundir los conocimientos necesarios para aquellos interesados en adquirir los cursos para desarrollar su talento y habilidades a la hora de manejar sus grupos empresariales.
Los puntos más útiles, necesarios e interesantes que fueron presentados y explicados estaban relacionados con el uso de algunas herramientas que se han convertido en esenciales hoy día, en relación a lo que conocemos como comercio electrónico, aprendizaje electrónico y la importancia que la evolución de este tipo de negocio tiene.
La distribución de la información acerca de los diferentes aspectos del proyecto, los puntos que mejorar y desarrollar me pareció una buena forma de realzar el progreso y las habilidades finales, así como los objetivos del plan. Lo que, después de todo, es el mayor propósito del proyecto DIGA. Durante el encuentro, se presentaron los programas de “Buenas Prácticas”, como el Programa de Escuela Digital (desarrollado por Inercia Digital) or el Programa Minerva, así como su colaboraciones: Bienvenidos a Inercia Digital y Andalucía Compromiso Digital (este último, respaldado y desarrollado por la Junta de Andalucía). Estas “Buenas Prácticas” permiten a los aprendices a mejorar, desarrollar y reforzar sus conocimientos y habilidades en el terreno comercial.
La incorporación de nuevas o mejores estrategias, no solo para aumentar la calidad del servicio, sino también para solucionar los principales problemas que se puedan generar, fue una parte importante en la reunión (cada idea fue apoyada por el resto de miembros de la comisión).
La entrada de algunos aspectos y materiales al programa (como las herramientas electrónicas) pueden favorecer el acceso a los cursos, su trayectoria y el proceso de adquisición y avance de las necesidades esenciales para los emprendedores preparados para entrar y formar parte del mercado laboral.
Estas herramientas electrónicas, como GDrive, comunicaciones, redes sociales…son una parte importante del proyecto, y fueron presentadas como una forma innovativa y elementos bastante útiles con los que proveer, trabajar y compartir información con quienes forman parte del plan, los cursos y programas (o entre ellos). Lo que es considerado un nuevo “lugar de trabajo”: la oficina virtual.
