A Potential Boost // Un impulso en potencia

When people go to the University for the first time, most of them have a main purpose: to get an Erasmus grant. But, apart from the experience and the contact with other cultures, there is something really important that most of the students don’t get: international work experience. Due to this reason, a really important line was created: Erasmus + (on the following link you can find the whole information about Erasmus + http://ec.europa.eu/education/opportunities/index_en.htm.)

Erasmus + is a strategic line related to international mobility that is gaining relevance little by little for the development of the skills and abilities got during the degree and the insertion of the students in their first steps to the labor market (more information about Erasmus + is available here:

https://blog.inerciadigital.com/2013/11/28/erasmus-el-nuevo-programa-europeo-de-educacion-y-formacion/ )

With the concession of this part of the grant, not only can students get the cultural background and the relationships with a completely different lifestyle, but also the necessary experience that will be their gate to the labor market.

Although the experience can give you many opportunities, sometimes we need an extra help to get the result expected. And at that point, we find Job Impulse.

In Job Impulse (called GoJobGo on its website) we find the help that most of young people need to get into the international labor market. Their contact with different international organizations which are looking for people with previous experience provides us with the necessary support when we start our professional career (In the following link, you can see the pictures and read the experience of the second meeting related to the project: https://blog.inerciadigital.com/2015/05/15/segundo-encuentro-del-proyecto-job-impulse-second-meeting-for-the-job-impulse-project/.)

Even though their help focuses on people who want to find the appropriate place to work, enterprises can be part of the project too, resorting to the Job Impulse venture to find workers with the required skills.

Job Impulse allows us to be in contact with enterprises from different countries around the world: Germany, Poland, Spain…are just some examples of their country partnerships. With the association with the different nations, we are allowed to get in contact with different ways of working, projects, organizations and it can pave the way to the acquisition of the most suitable and helpful experience within the labor market.

https://blog.inerciadigital.com/2013/11/28/erasmus-el-nuevo-programa-europeo-de-educacion-y-formacion/ )

https://blog.inerciadigital.com/2015/05/15/segundo-encuentro-del-proyecto-job-impulse-second-meeting-for-the-job-impulse-project/.)
