Los próximos días 2 y 3 de enero de 2015 se celebrará en Leeuwarden (Países Bajos), una nueva reunión de trabajo del proyecto Start en la sede del socio De PlannenMakers B.V.
El Proyecto Grundtvig START – Arte del inicio del proyecto –, es una Asociación de Aprendizaje Grundtvig del Programa de Aprendizaje permanente de la Comisión Europea, con 6 instituciones de 5 países: 1.LMC UK, 2.Help Direct UK, 3.Inercia Digital S.L. ES, 4.De PlannenMakers B.V. NL, 5. Horama Thesprotias GR 6. ALVIT – Innovation and Education Ltd.
El objetivo del proyecto es construir un puente entre el mundo académico y empresarial, ofreciendo a los jóvenes las herramientas esenciales y las habilidades necesarias para entrar en el mundo de los negocios. El proyecto busca construir un ambiente de aprendizaje intergeneracional y motivador que reúne a hombres y mujeres de negocios activos y jubilados y empresarios y empresarias con las generaciones más jóvenes. Para así, poder compartir sus conocimientos y experiencias a través tutorías (mentoring), charlas de motivación, concursos y / o talleres.
Esta nueva reunión tiene previsto repasar el handbook preparado por los socios para ayudar a los nuevos emprendedores a iniciar sus negocios. El handbook ha sido evaluado por profesores de la Universidad de Sevilla y se han propuesto nuevas modificaciones que serán discutidas en la reunión. START pretende lograr su objetivo ofreciendo un marco estructurado para el aprendizaje de las habilidades empresariales relevantes pérdidas en la educación formal mediante un ambiente informal libre de las presiones sociales que aquejan comúnmente los grupos desfavorecidos, la creación de un entorno de aprendizaje inclusivo.
Uno de los pilares del proyecto START será la ‘INICIATIVA EMPRESARIAL 2020 PLAN DE ACCIÓN – reavivar el espíritu empresarial en Europa “documento y específicamente el capítulo uno de los desafíos’ Más emprendedores para Europa‘.

On January the 2nd and the 3rd, 2015, will be taking place in Leeuwarden (Netherlands), a new work meeting of Start project at PlannenMakers B.V. partner’s headquarters. The Grundtvig proyect START – Art of project’s beginning -, is a Grundtvig Learning Association from European Commission’s permanent Learning Program with 6 institutions from 5 countries: 1.LMC UK, 2.Help Direct UK, 3.Inercia Digital S.L. ES, 4.De PlannenMakers B.V. NL, 5. Horama Thesprotias GR 6. ALVIT – Innovation and Education Ltd.
The project’s objective is building a bridge between academic and corporate worlds, giving to young people the essential tools and skills for going into business’ world. The project tries to build an intergenerational and motivating learning environment which gathers retired business’ men and women and business owners with the youngest generations. The objective is to share their knowledge and experiences through mentoring, motivational talks, competitions and/or workshops.
In this new meeting is expected to review the handbook made by the associates to help the new entrepreneurs to begin their projects. The handbook has been assessed by teachers from the University of Sevilla and some proposed modifications will be discussed at the meeting. START expects to accomplish its objective by offering a structured framework for the learning of relevant management skills through an informal environment free of social pressures which commonly troubles disadvantaged groups, the creation of an inclusive learning environment.
One of the pillars of START project will be the “BUSINESS INITIATIVE 2020 ACTION PLAN” – revive the business spirit in Europe. Specifically the challenges’ number one chapter: “more entrepreneurs for Europe”
